At INHERIT, we take pride in offering premium, gold-plated, hypoallergenic jewelry crafted for durability and elegance. Please note that all purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the rare event that your item arrives damaged during shipping.

-Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. 

To process your claim, we require:
A clear unboxing video recorded at the time you open your package.
Photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Claims without these will not be processed. If your claim is approved, we will provide either a replacement item (subject to availability) or store credit.

What’s Not Covered
Our policy does not cover the following:
Normal wear and tear (e.g. scratches, fading, loose stones).
Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or not following care instructions.
Loss or theft after delivery.
Order Cancellations & Changes
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled, as we start processing immediately to ensure quick dispatch.

Our jewelry is crafted with high-quality, anti-tarnish, hypoallergenic gold plating that resists water and sweat. Despite this, the pieces are delicate and should be handled with care. For best results, store each item separately in its pouch or box to maintain its beauty and longevity.
